Agencies and clinicians are subject to change without our knowledge. It is also possible that clinicians in your area have been trained without being on this list. We try to update this on a yearly basis. If there are no specific clinician names listed, it may be because there are many PD-trained clinicians there and/or they have an organized system of knowing to which clinician Parkinson’s referrals should go. The agencies below may or may not have clinicians certified in LSVT or PWR – they may have received other trainings, such as attending the Parkinson’s Foundation’s Allied Team Training or the UNC Colloquium on Interdisciplinary Care for Parkinson’s. If you are searching for a specific program, you will need to inquire with them. If there are no agencies listed in your county, you can look at nearby counties.
